Who doesn't love Onion bhajis , make your own healthier version .Say bye-bye to calories

INGREDIENTS :


  1. 3 big Onions ( finely sliced )

  2. 1 tsp Cumin seeds

  3. ¼ tsp Turmeric

  4. ¼ tsp Ground Coriander

  5. 1-2 Chilles ( finely chopped )

  6. ⅓ tsp Chilli Powder

  7. ½ tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

  8. 100 grams Gram Flour

  9. 1/ 1½ tsp Cooking oil

  10. Salt as per Taste


PREPARATION :


  1. Add the thinly sliced onions in a bowl.

  2. With that add Salt , Turmeric, Cumin seeds , Ground Coriander, Ginger Garlic paste, chopped Chillies , Chilli Powder and the cooking oil .

  3. Then sift the Gram flour into this mixture and mix it all up with you hands so everything is evenly coated.

  4. If the mixture feels a little dry add little water and mix accordingly.

  5. Heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Line a baking tray with a sheet of baking paper (do not use foil as the bhajis will stick to it). 

  6. Use your clean hands to form the mixture into Bhaji shaped balls and place them on the baking paper. Bake for 40 mins until nicely browned. Serve it hot with some Chutney of your choice.
