INGREDIENTS :
1 cup Daliya / Bulgur Wheat
1 cup chopped Bell peppers/ Capsicum
1/2 chopped carrots
1 cup Cauliflower florets
1/2 cup chopped Onion
1/2 Green Peas
1/2 Diced Paneer
1 or 1 ½ tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 tbsp Cumin seeds
2 tbsp Coconut/ Gorundnut / Olive oil
Mint & Cliantro as per taste
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Garam Masala
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp turmeric
2 cups of water
PREPARATION :
(In a pan)
Wash the Daliya/ Bulgur wheat 3-4 times in water .
Heat a pan and add oil , later add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste . Saute for a minute.
Now all the chopped vegetables , paneer, washed Daliya/ Bulgur wheat , salt , chilli powder, turmeric powder and water. Mix well.
Cover it with lid. Let it cook for 15 to 17 minutes over medium to low heat until wheat is cooked, stir occasionally. Add more water if required.
Open and give a gentle stir with fork.
Now add chopped cilantro, mint and lemon juice. Give it a gentle mix.
