1/2 cup Milk
1 banana (mashed)
1 or 1/2 cup of Oats ( roasted )
2 tbsp Maple syrup/ Honey
1 tbsp Salt (as per taste)
Vanilla Extract ( optional)
2 tbsp Baking powder
1 tbsp butter
In a bowl add eggs , milk , roasted oats , smashed bananas, maple syrup / honey, salt, vanilla extract (optional), baking powder and whisk all the ingredients well enough. ( you could also use a blender and combine until smooth )
Heat a non- stick pan/skillet until hot and add a small tablespoon of butter.
Spread the batter generously in a circle making a thick layer.
Cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes , then flip the pancake and cook the other side of 2-3 minutes.
Drizzle maple syrup and add your favorite toppings.
