INGREDIENTS :

  1. 2 Eggs

  2. 1/2 cup Milk

  3. 1 banana (mashed)

  4. 1 or 1/2 cup of Oats ( roasted )

  5. 2 tbsp Maple syrup/ Honey

  6. 1 tbsp Salt (as per taste)

  7. Vanilla Extract ( optional)

  8. 2 tbsp Baking powder

  9. 1 tbsp butter


PREPARATION :


  1. In a bowl add eggs , milk , roasted oats , smashed bananas, maple syrup / honey, salt, vanilla extract (optional), baking powder and whisk all the ingredients well enough. ( you could also use a blender and combine until smooth )

  2. Heat a non- stick pan/skillet until hot and add a small tablespoon of butter.

  3. Spread the batter generously in a circle making a thick layer.

  4. Cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes , then flip the pancake and cook the other side of 2-3 minutes.

  5. Drizzle maple syrup and add your favorite toppings.
