This healthy no baked gluten free Granola bar made with just 5 Ingredients is sweet,crunchy & a perfect compliment to ideal breakfast or snacks.

1 cup dry roasted Oats
1 cup pitted dates
1/4 cup Honey/Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Almond Butter
1/4 cup semisweet or dark chocolate
Place the dates into a food processor and grind well.
Into a large bowl add the oats, nuts and the grinded dates.
Into a separate pan , warm honey , chocolate chips and almond until it forms into a paste.
Pour this over the dry ingredients in the bowl and stir quickly to coat evenly.
Transfer this mixture into a shallow pan lined with a plastic wrap or a parchment paper and use your hands to form this mixture into a tight big square.
Cover them and pop them into the freezer for 15 mins until soild.
Cut them into smaller handsized bars.
Store into freezer for longer term storage.
