This healthy no baked gluten free Granola bar made with just 5 Ingredients is sweet,crunchy & a perfect compliment to ideal breakfast or snacks.

  1. 1 cup dry roasted Oats

  2. 1 cup pitted dates

  3. 1/4 cup Honey/Maple Syrup

  4. 1/4 cup Almond Butter

  5. 1/4 cup semisweet or dark chocolate


  1. Place the dates into a food processor and grind well.

  2. Into a large bowl add the oats, nuts and the grinded dates.

  3. Into a separate pan , warm honey , chocolate chips and almond until it forms into a paste.

  4. Pour this over the dry ingredients in the bowl and stir quickly to coat evenly.

  5. Transfer this mixture into a shallow pan lined with a plastic wrap or a parchment paper and use your hands to form this mixture into a tight big square.

  6. Cover them and pop them into the freezer for 15 mins until soild.

  7. Cut them into smaller handsized bars.

  8. Store into freezer for longer term storage.
