This frozen yogurt bark with berries and coconut is the perfect refreshing snack. It’s so easy to whip up, healthy and packed with protein. You’ll want a batch in your freezer at all times.




Ready in < 3 hour


INGREDIENTS :


  1. 1 Cup Yogurt

  2. 2-3 tbs Honey or Maple Syrup

  3. ½ tbs Vanilla Extract

  4. ½ Blueberries ( sliced )

  5. ½ Strawberries ( sliced )

  6. 3-4 tbs coconut flakes


PREPARATION :


  1. In a bowl stir the yogurt , honey / maple syrup and vanilla extract together.

  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Spread yogurt mixture evenly, about a 1/4 of an inch thick, onto the prepared baking sheet in rectangular shape.

  4. Scatter the blueberries and strawberries on top and sprinkle with coconut flakes. 

  5. Place in the freezer for about 3 hours or until the yogurt is firm. Cut or break into 18-20 pieces and serve.

  6. Store leftover yogurt bark in a sealed freezer bag for up to 3 months.
