So yes finally ! Pizza can be healthy!!! Don't be guilty about eating a few slices of this pizza

½ Head Cauliflower
½ Cup sliced Onions
½ Cup Sliced Bell Peppers
½ Cup Cherry tomatoes / Regular Tomatoes
¼ Cup Tomato Ketchup
¼ Cup Mozzarella cheese
Cut the Cauliflower and put it into a blender/ food processor to make it rice like mixture.
On a baking tray , lay parchment paper/baking sheet and put the mixture on it and spread evenly to make it like a pizza base . It should be around 6 - 9 inches in Diameter.
Then bake this pizza base for 10-15 mins on 400°F
Remove the pizza base and add the tomato ketchup to coat it evenly.
Then add the Veggies and top it with mozzarella cheese.
Put it back into the oven for 400°F for 7-8 mins.
Remove and serve hot.
Option to season it with herbs and other spices.
