INGREDIENTS :


  1. 1cup Cheapeas (Chana)

  2. 1cup Red Kidney Beans (Rajmma)

  3. 1cup White Beans (Black eyed beans)

  4. 1 cup finely chopped onion

  5. 1cup chopped capsicum

  6. 1cup chopped bell peppers (

  7. 1cup chopped cucumber

  8. 1cup chopped tomatoes

  9. 1cup boiled sweetcorn

  10. 1 finely chopped chilly

  11. 1tsp crushed garlic

  12. 1small cup lemon juice

  13. 1 small cup chopped Coriander

Note : Soak the beans overnight for minimum of 7-8 hours .


PREPARATION :


  1. Combine all the ingredients in big bowl.

  2. Add half a tablespoon salt , pepper, chaat masala, chilli flakes.

  3. Then add 2 tablespoons of olive oil .

  4. 1 small cup of lemon juice and chopped cilantro.

  5. Combine all the ingredients well .
