1cup Cheapeas (Chana)
1cup Red Kidney Beans (Rajmma)
1cup White Beans (Black eyed beans)
1 cup finely chopped onion
1cup chopped capsicum
1cup chopped bell peppers (
1cup chopped cucumber
1cup chopped tomatoes
1cup boiled sweetcorn
1 finely chopped chilly
1tsp crushed garlic
1small cup lemon juice
1 small cup chopped Coriander
Note : Soak the beans overnight for minimum of 7-8 hours .
Combine all the ingredients in big bowl.
Add half a tablespoon salt , pepper, chaat masala, chilli flakes.
Then add 2 tablespoons of olive oil .
1 small cup of lemon juice and chopped cilantro.
Combine all the ingredients well .
