This wholesome paratha is reinforced with the goodness of sprouts for the good health and spice powder for taste .

INGREDIENTS :

  1. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

  2. 1/2 sprouts ( moong , matki ) ( blended into a paste )

  3. 1/2 Ragi Flour ( Nachni )

  4. 1/4 tbsp Turmeric

  5. 1/2 tbsp Chilli Powder

  6. 1/4 tbsp Salt

  7. 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala

  8. 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds ( Jeera )

  9. 1 or 1/2 tbsp Oil


PREPARATION :

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blow and knead it into a semi soft dough using enough water.

  2. Heat a nonstick pan .

  3. Form small balls of the dough and roll it evenly using a rolling pin.

  4. Put the paratha on the pan and cook evenly from all sides .

  5. Serve hot.
