  1. 2 Multigrain Digestive Oats Biscuits

  2. 1 Apple , peeled and diced

  3. 3 Dates , pitted

  4. 4 Badam (Almond) , finely powdered

  5. 1 cup Milk , chilled

  1. To begin making the Oats Almond Apple Date Smoothie Recipe, blend Apple, dates, oats biscuits, almond and milk with just half of the milk until smooth in a blender

  2. Add the remaining milk and blend again to mix well. Open the jar and pour the smoothie in a glass and serve with freshly chopped dry fruits.
