4 piece of brown bread
½ tsp Black pepper power
Heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil.
Whisk the 2 eggs in a bowl and add some salt .
Pour the mixture on the hot pan. Then let it set for sometime. Start stirring until the lumps form.
Add black pepper powder and mix it again.
Apply mayonnaise on the bread. (cheese/chutney are optional)
Add the mix and make a Sandwich.
(Butter toast on the pan is optional).
