This easy recipe is high in protein and good fats also takes less than 30 mins to prepare!
1/2 cup ChannaDal
1/4 cup Soya Bean
2 Red Chilli
1 inch Ginger - bitTurmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
to taste Salt
Oil-to deep fry
Soak channa dal and soya bean together with red chilli for 45 minutes.
Place this in a blender after straining water.Add ginger bits.
Grind.Add turmeric powder,salt.
Add chopped onion and curry leaves.
Make small balls around half your palm size.
Flatten it with your fingers and deep fry in hot oil.
Take them out once golden brown.
Soya Masala Vada is ready. Serve it with coconut chutney.
